Exemption From EPIRB Requirement Extended.
SAMSA have extended the exemption from from carrying an EPIRB on board small craft, under 25 gross tons, licenced in Categories B & C from 31st May 2007 to 31st May 2008. Details of this are given in Marine Notice No. 4 of 2007 which supercedes Marine Notice No. 6 of 2006.
